Where is Zavora Tile based?

We are proudly based in Minden, Nevada, where our fulfillment and design operations are located:
2542 Business Parkway, Suite 1, Minden, NV 89423.
From here, we ship our curated natural stone tile collections nationwide.

What types of products do you sell?

Zavora Tile specializes exclusively in natural stone tile — including marble, limestone, and other high-end stones. We do not sell stone slabs, countertops, or manufactured tile.
Our curated collections are designed for floors, walls, and feature surfaces in luxury residential and boutique commercial spaces.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders typically take 2–3 business days to process for inspection, packaging, and pallet preparation.
Once shipped, transit times average 3–10 business days depending on location:

  • West Coast: 3–5 business days

  • Central U.S.: 5–7 business days

  • East Coast: 7–10 business days

You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

What are your shipping rates?

  • Standard Tile Orders: Flat-rate freight of $195 on all orders over $495

  • Sample Orders: Ship free via parcel carrier (UPS or USPS)

All shipments are carefully packaged to ensure your tile arrives in perfect condition.

Can I return my order?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the material is unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns.
Samples, trims, and special-order items are final sale and not eligible for return.

What if my tile arrives damaged?

Please inspect all deliveries immediately upon arrival.
If any material is damaged or incorrect, notify us within 5 days of receipt with photos and your order number.
Approved claims receive a replacement or refund once verified.

Yes. Designers, architects, and industry professionals can apply for a Zavora Trade Account for exclusive benefits including complimentary samples and white-glove concierge service.
